In 2016 Keith Norris attended an event where Cameron Herold spoke about how the “daily huddle” was one of his best practices for a productive team and great culture. Keith went back to his office & implemented the practice of the daily standup huddle the next day. It wasn’t until 2019 that Keith discovered Standup Alice as a simple solution to make this daily huddle happen without the frustration & inconsistency of having a single person responsible for it.
